Live Comedy Shows
Three times a year (October, February, & April), local area comedians will entertain you live on-stage at The Strand. Doors open at 9pm and the laughs start at 9:30pm. The shows run approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Beer, wine and limited concession foods will be available for the shows.
Tickets are $18 in advance or $20 at the door. Advance tickets can be be purchased at our box office prior to the nightly movie or by calling (978) 365-5551.

Picture Show
October is the perfect time to bring this fun-filled, over-the-top movie to The Strand's big screen.
Boston's "Full Body Cast" will be on-stage complete with costumes and props to lead you through this audience participation cult classic.
Audience participation bags will be available for sale in our lobby prior to the showing for an additional nominal fee.

It's A Wonderful Life
The Strand's annual showing of the classic "It's A Wonderful Life" has become a tradition for our patrons. Kick off your holiday season with this heart-warming holiday film in glorious black & white on our big screen.
Because "It's A Wonderful Life" plays for the entire week (like our regular weekly features), we do not sell tickets in advance. Tickets will be available for sale nightly beginning 1 hour prior to showtime.

The Polar Express
The Strand's Polar Express matinees are an incredibly popular way for families to celebrate the holiday season together.
Your ticket includes admission to the movie, complimentary hot chocolate, a "Believe" bell, and souvenir cookie.
